Company Structure


Fast Movers Pvt. Ltd. do not intend to start a courier and delivery services company that will only operate locally, our intention of starting a courier and delivery services company is to build a standard business with active presence in almost all cities of Nepal. We always ensure that we put the right structure in place that will support the kind of growth that we have in mind while setting up the business. In putting in place a good business structure, we will ensure that we hire only people that are qualified, honest, customer centric and are ready to work to help us build a prosperous business that will benefit all the stake holders (the owners, workforce, and customers). As a matter of fact, profit-sharing arrangement will be made available to all our management staff and it will be based on their performance for a period of a years or more. In view of that, we have qualified and competent hands to occupy the following positions;

Board Of Directore

Fastmovers has three member board of directors oversees the company’s corporate governance practices, implementing and ensuring adherence to its Charter and Corporate Governance Guidelines

Three of the Board of Directors includes Mr. Prajwal Thapa (Co-Founder/Chairmen/Director), Mr. Divas Dahal (Co-Founder/Director/CEO)), Ms. Roakchha K.C. (Director/MD.) Our board works closely with the executive management to monitor and discuss strategic direction, corporate-wide issues, business performance. They also plays a vital role to Create, communicate, and implement the organization’s vision, mission, and overall direction, fixing prices and signing business deals and mainly responsible for providing direction for the business.

• Admin and Human Resources Department

They are the one who are responsible for overseeing the smooth running of HR and administrative tasks for the organization. They play key role in maintaining office supplies, ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, defining job positions for recruitment and managing & interviewing , Responsible for training, evaluation and assessment of employees and oversees the smooth running of the daily office activities. We are now currently with 10 of them carrying out these work together efficiently at Head office kathmandu.

• Sales and Marketing Department

We have these dedicated team of sales and marketing who manages external research and coordinate all the internal sources of information, identifies, prioritizes, and reaches out to new clients & business opportunities They are the one responsible for supervising implementation, care for the customer’s needs, and communicate with clients. We have 3 such key members who develops, executes and evaluates new plans , represents the company in strategic meetings & helps to increase sales and growth for the company.

• Logistics Managers

Starting from route management till the end delivery they play a key role at our organization. We have such 10 Logistic Operation managers who are responsible for coordinating with delivery drivers and manage them by providing them proper route and parcels on same locations. They also operate IT system of organization and keep proper check on Quotation or pickup requests received from clients and new customers and also responsible for implementing health and safety standards for both parcels and for our delivery drivers. Along with these they perform some routine works like routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries etc.


We have 3 responsible persons who handle accounts and are responsible for preparing financial reports, budgets, and financial statements for the organization. Along with they carry out daily and monthly works such as keeping records of daily collections of money from all branches outside valley, financial forecasting and risks analysis, cash management, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting, administering payrolls, ensuring compliance with taxation legislation and all such account works. We are also associated with an Audit Firm for our internal Audit purpose and who also monitors our business performance weekly and monthly basis and help us to make any financial changes, plans and policies.

Dispatch Riders

They are the well trained, smart and well behaved and key person who plays vital role in all air, surface or combined courier delivery services. They carry all delivery works such as express messenger and delivery services, Delivers parcels, documents and packages, Packs and sorts operations, delivers time-sensitive and high-value-to-weight products with care and on time. For now we have 24 such delivery drivers within Kathmandu Valley and more than 20 full time and additional 8 part time dedicated delivery drivers others outside Kathmandu Valley.
